Website terms
Terms for using Hotel Kolegiacki’s information website and electronic contact service.
Service provider
The website is operated by A&S SPÓŁKA CYWILNA EUGENIUSZ SROCZYŃSKI, ALEKSANDER AUGUSTYNIAK, KARINA TIFENBACH-AUGUSTYNIAK, BEATA SROCZYŃSKA, pl. Kolegiacki 5, 61-841 Poznań, NIP: 7772945000, REGON: 300435680. Contact: recepcja@hotelkolegiacki.pl.
Services
The website provides hotel, room, restaurant and event information and a link to the booking system, free of charge. When email delivery is enabled, you can also send reception an enquiry through the form. You can stop using the service at any time by closing the website. The form does not conclude a booking contract or accept payments.
Technical requirements
You need an internet-connected device and a current browser. Interactive features, including the calendar, form and image enlargement, require JavaScript. A working email address is needed to receive a reply. The website supports keyboard navigation and your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Contact form
Provide accurate contact details and your enquiry. Do not send unlawful content, spam or unnecessary information such as identity document numbers, payment card details or detailed health information. Pressing send submits a message to reception. The confirmation means the message was accepted for delivery; it does not confirm a stay. If delivery fails, contact the hotel by telephone or email.
Booking and stay terms
Bookings take place in Profitroom after redirection. Price, availability, inclusions, payment, cancellation and other terms of the specific booking are presented there before confirmation. Selecting dates here does not make a booking or create a payment obligation. For a booking made directly with reception, agree the terms with the hotel before entering into a contract.
Website complaints
Report website or form problems to recepcja@hotelkolegiacki.pl, describing the issue, date and, where helpful, your browser. We consider complaints about electronic services within 14 days of receipt and reply by email. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
Personal data
The privacy policy explains data processing, retention, cookies and how to exercise your rights.
